… is a system for picking and packing orders in a warehouse. It makes the picking process fast and transparent. All parties involved in picking – picker, shift managerkomplekteerija, sales assistant – are in one system and receive information about orders and picking status in real time. Pickers main tool is a tablet attached to fork-lift and a Bluetooth scanner. The results of implementing this system instead of paper based picking are outstanding – the number of errors caused by picking wrong goods dropped 98%, picking speed increased 10%, the number of sales assistant was reduced from five to two and no paper and printing costs.
The order is sent directly to warehouse to the pickers tablet – there is no need to interrupt your work and go and fetch the order. System automatically distributes orders to pickers based on customer and order priority and picker level.

Wholesales system supports all the processes for efficently run a wholesales operation. The system is easy to use and contains the following modules:

Taxi ordering service – Taxofon
Taxofon is a service for ordering quality taxis. Taxofon infrastructure contains all the tools that are necessary to operate a taxi company and get an overview of the fleet. All taxis & statuses are visible in real-time and the system contains tools to send orders to taxis. Bothe models are supported – direct order from client to taxi (via web or apps) or mediated order from dispatcher to taxi (customer calls taxi company).
Customer can order taxi via Android and iOS applications. There is a separate web based solution for hotels, office buildings and company assistants, which enables to order taxis for their employees or customers.
In Estonia it is possible to order Tallink and Tulika taxis via Taxofon.
Intraport HR management
Intraport is HR management software for large enterprises. Intraport simplifies all HR management processes from recruiting to worktime & absence management. Intraport consists of the following modules:
- Management of personnel data
- Contract management
- Company structure, staffing and reporting
- Open positions and recruitment projects – full recruitment process and activities
- Worktime planning and management
- Time work (office)
- Simple work in shifts, planning of schedules
- Segmented work in shifts, detailed planning of working schedules
Segmented work in shifts enables to plan several shifts per day or shifts that span two dates. You can set rules for detailed work time planning, including rules for planning lunches, breaks, doctors appointments, trainings, vacations, etc. All data ends up in worktime accounting, including unplanned events such as sicknesses and absences. This planning method is suitable for enterprises that need to have a specific number of persons at work and where absences cause decrease in customer service quality ( like cashiers, warehouse staffing, transportation, etc). Managers have full overview of planned and actual workforce situation.
For each employee, function and department there is full worktime overview and it can be exported to payroll systems.
Marketing Planning System
Marketing Planning System (MPS) is targeted for large wholesales companies. MPS connects brandowners and distributors & enables efficient planning and monitoring of product sales in different channels. It enables planning of campaignsand marketing activities. End result is sales profitability analysis across products and/or channels.
Car rent management system
… enables full management of the rental company’s fleet. Sales & offering functionality includes both short term and long term rental models. Customers have self-service for car rental where all processes are automated from offering to payment. Large accounts have a possibility to manage and track fleet in real-time.
Car sales management system
… is for car retailers and includes functionality for new and used car sales and services. The functionality is divided into several modules:

Modera through the years
Modera has been experimenting & developing with Google Go during 2016 and our first services in Go will be soon live. We are pleased to see that other companies and vendors are also using Go and look for the same values – ease of learning and pragmatic nature.

Building new innovative solutions
October 2016 - Sanitex started using the picking solution that coordinates order filling and integrates orders from 3 different warehouse systems into one workflow.
August 2016 - Modera Infra delivered Taxofon customer and driver application new versions for Android and iOS platforms. New versions added compatibility with new Android and iOS versions and improved usability. Driver application received visual improvements and added integration with navigation apps.
July 2016 - Modera completed moving Sanitex infosystem and hardware to the new warehouse building on Graniidi street.
Modera - Gazelle company of the year
September 2015 - The Estonian financial magazine Äripäev awarded Modera Infra OÜ with the diploma “Eesti Gasellettevõte 2015” (“Estonian Gazelle-Company 2015”). “Gazelle-companies” are companies, who have increased turnover and profit more than 50% in the last three years, who create the most new jobs and convey the essential characteristics of a rapidly growing company – flexibility, speed, courage. Less than 1% of Estonian enterprises are gazelle-companies.
August 2015 - Viimsi Delice Foodstore received self service checkouts and Modera integrated them with our retail management infosystem.
Warehouse picking system with tabletsAgora DC warehouse started work with a new picking system using tablets. The system creates a convenient and effective workflow for pickers, head of shift, head of the warehouse and sales assistant. WH solution is developed as a .NET web application and enables the use of regular 10" Android tablets and hand scanners.
Car rental infosystem and SEPA payments in ERP
Modera Infra developed an agent Car rental management system for ABC Rent. The system was implemented for use the same year.
Modera Infra converted all of the ERP systems in the Group to use SEPA payments.
New Comarket stores and ALIS retail management systemNew comarket stores opened in Laagri and Kadrioru. Modera Infra integrated the new departments into ALIS - the retail management system currently in use.
Conversion to EuroModera Infra converted all management and infosystems to use Euros in conjunction with the monetary reform in Estonia.
